September's Bliss

I made this cake for my birthday last week, I wanted a little Japanese touch on It so I made some little sakura flowers. I had so much pleasure doing that !

How beautiful was the decoration created by Pauline ! Very girly and cosy and everything was so well  fitted  with the castle.

What a marvelous day was this wedding ! Pauline is one of the most adorable person I ever met and I'm happy to keep in touch with her now. Pauline and Alex wanted their wedding and especially their reception party to be welcoming and cosy, the result even more than that ! They have chosen the magnificient castle of Montgobert for the reception and It was a great idea ! The reception will be featured in a later post, for the moment, a glimpse of the beautiful dress that Pauline weared so wonderfully !

This wedding of a French woman and an Englishman made me love England even more than before. There was a so romantic and "so british" atmosphere that I keep a lovely memory of this wedding. The reception took place in the wonderful castle de Vitry-La-Ville and during the cocktail, the guests could have fun with giants wood toys and could get a caricature of themselves by a very gifted artist. Thank you Sonia and Anthony for this awesome day !
